What is Fungrouptravel.com ?
Well, it’s a group of friend who is going to have their summer vacation during summer 2007. Those people are

We are all from Italy, Northwest (Torino).
When it’s going to “happen” ?
The actual vacation is taking place from 31th July to 20 august, but we would like to build a certain “audience” so we are starting immediatly our bloggin experience.
What media are you going to use ?
We will use a mixture of written text, photos and videos. In our plan, during the vacation, we will use one multimedia-enhanced cellphone (Gareth’s Nokia N80) to upload our contents at the starbucks. (or other public wifi access points). We would like to give an almost real-time coverage of our experience.
Where are you going exactly?
We are starting from Seattle and we are departing from L.A. What’s in beetween is still a mistery 
Are you looking for Sponsors ? Why ?
(Gareth) That’s my idea. I think that blogging our experience could create an interest of some sort and our experience will be “real”. We are not actors, we are not a tv show. We are simply people having fun in another country, confronting cultures. We already found one of them, a travel insurance that we are going to use. Ideally we would like to have some big names: i will use my own nokia cellphone, it would be nice to have the nokia brand on our rented car, in exchange for a partial coverage of the car expenses.
